Check out the details below. [Event Description] What is “Fan Letter Event”? You are invited to write a fan letter addressed to “Weverse Con Festival”, expressing how excited you are for the 2024 Weverse Con Festival on Weverse Zone Weverse community. Write and submit your fan letter during the event period. Lucky winners will win awesome prizes! [Event Prizes] The event winners will get GREEN PASSES for Sat. June 15, 2024, or Sun. June 16, 2024. The event winners can pick up their tickets at the 2024 Weverse Con Festival ticket booth after identity verification. June 16, 2024 (2 tickets per winner) [Please Note] [Important Reminders for Event Participants] Please read before participating in the fan letter event! 1. The event is available for 16-years-old and older. (Must be born on or before May 1, 2008) 2. You can participate in the fan letter event only through Weverse Zone community. (You cannot participate in the fan letter event with fan letters you wrote on a specific artist's community, even if the artist is scheduled to appear in the 2024 Weverse Con Festival) 3. To participate in this event, you must write a fan letter AND submit your fan letter through the event system during the event period in order to participate in the event. You must manually fill out a submission form through the event system, and submit your fan letter along with the submission form together in order to participate in this event. 4. Please select your preferred date for the 2024 Weverse Con Festival GREEN PASSES on the event system. Please note that while we will take your preference into consideration, we may not be able to provide tickets for your preferred date, and ticket exchanges will not be possible. 5. You can write up to five fan letters per account for this event. However, winning is limited to one entry per account. 6. Fan letters cannot be written on computers. Fan letters are only available on the Weverse app. 7. You can write fan letters and participate in the event after completing the SMS authentication (one-time). 8. During the fan letter event period, you will be able to write up to 5 fan letters on Weverse Zone community. After the fan letter event period, you will be able to write up to 3 fan letters on Weverse Zone community. 9. Fan letters containing insults, obscenities, or threats towards specific individuals, including artists and the Weverse Festival, and fan letters violating the Fan Letter Guide will be automatically disqualified from this event. 10. Participating in the event using fraudulent methods, such as plagiarizing other fans' fan letters or other people's designs will result in omission from the draw or cancellation of the prize. 11. Any misconduct, such as maliciously recreating or damaging an artist's portrait or synthesizing images with malicious intentions, will result in exclusion from the event. Regardless of winning status, individuals involved in the misconduct will be blacklisted on Weverse Zone community and the respective artists' communities, and will be prohibited from posting and commenting. 12. The event-winning fan letters will be on display at the 2024 Weverse Con Festival on the fan letter wall for both days of the festival. 13. The event winners will receive a confirmation email containing a Google Form link, sent to their Weverse ID email. Please make sure your email addresses can receive emails before participating in this event. 14. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to adhere to the above precautions. 15. Fan letters violating the service usage policy or legal regulations will be automatically disqualified from this event. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines for using fan letters and participate accordingly. ► Fan Letter Guide [Important Reminders for Event Winners] Please read before participating in the fan letter event! 1. The tickets provided as prizes will consist of two tickets for the same date, and it is not possible to receive tickets for different dates or to change dates. (For example, you cannot receive one ticket for June 15th and one ticket for June 16th.) 2. If you delete the fan letter that has been selected as one of the even-winning fan letters, your event prize may be canceled. Please do not delete the event-winning fan letter until you have received your event prize (tickets). 3. The event winners will receive a confirmation email containing a Google Form link, requesting consent for collecting and using personal information and unique identifier information, for payment of taxes and other fees in accordance with Income Tax Act. If you do refuse consent or fail to reply by the specified deadline, your event prize may be canceled. Please make sure to check your email and reply in a prompt manner. 4. The event winners will be asked to verify their identity at the ticket booth. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification. - South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, South Korean Youth Card, etc. - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) - All IDs (mobile and physical ID) must not be expired to be considered valid. - Screenshots or saved images of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You will be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. - Photos of your physical IDs will not be accepted either. - If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. 5. The event prize (tickets) will be provided after identity verification using the valid photo ID of the event winners, the event-winning Weverse ID, and the event-winning fan letter. 6. Please pick up your tickets during the operating hours of the ticket booth on the date. 7. If any misconduct is discovered during the event participation and identity verification process, we reserve the right to refuse ticket issuance at the ticket booth. 8. Participating and event-winning fan letters will not be used for purposes other than participation/display for this event, and will be destroyed after this event ends. 9.
