We would like to inform you of some changes to the online pre-reservation policy to ensure that you can make your pre-reservation and visit more convenient during the remaining operating period of <BTS POP-UP : MAP OF THE SOUL Showcase in SEOUL>. [Notice] 1. With the existing policy, once the booking is cancelled it cannot be reserved again for the canceled session, and a new reservation is allowed from the next opening. This will be changed so that reservation cancellation/change/rebooking is freely possible within the remaining sessions. 2. The revised policy will be effective starting from 10AM January 6, 2021 (Wed) and until the end of the BTS POP-UP Showcase. - Even if a reservation was cancelled under the existing policy, it will be possible to freely rebook/change/cancel reservation from 10AM January 6, 2021 (Wed). - The new policy will be applicable for reservations made to visit the BTS POP-UP Showcase from January 7, 2021 (Thur). 3. Please note that other online pre-reservation policies will remain the same as before. - Entrance will only be possible on your online pre-reserved date and time. - A COVID-19 preventive questionnaire including overseas travel during the COVID monitoring window, visit to an area or location with a confirmed case, and current health status will be asked when making the reservation. Guests whose response indicates possible COVID-19 risks will not be able to make a reservation. - Entry is restricted for children under the age of seven. Elementary school children (age 8 to 13) may make a reservation under a legal guardian’s name, and must have proper and government-issued documentation that can prove the relationship between the visiting guest and legal guardian as well as an acceptable ID for identity verification of the minor guest. - For your identity verification, please make sure all visitors (14 years of age or older) have a valid form of ID (youth ID, student ID, passport, Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, etc) Thank you again for visiting the BTS POP-UP Showcase, and we will do our best to ensure the safest experience for all of our visitors through strict disinfection and implementation of preventive measures.
